We all think we know what barbecue sauce tastes like. But the reality is that barbecue sauce varies from region to region. This sandwich showcases one of the lesser known barbecue sauce varieties—the mustard-based sauce. This sweet-yet-tangy flavor pairs beautifully with chopped pork, creating a mouthwatering dish that’s perfect for tailgates, parties, or just dinner with the family. As a bonus, it’s a great way to use leftover pork shoulder after a long day of grilling.
