Steak Your Reputation on Leftovers

beef stew, steak quesadillas, steak fajitas, and grilled steak and romaine salad

I know what you’re going to say—Matthew, what do you mean “leftover steak”? It’s a foreign concept to me too, I admit. But occasionally, even my eyes are bigger than my stomach.

If you find yourself in a similar situation—don’t panic, I’ve got you covered. While I can forgive someone for not finishing a great steak (sometimes), I will never forgive wasting food. There’s only one problem: Leftover steak often doesn’t taste as good the next day. To enjoy steak after you’ve already cooked it, you’ve got to get creative, or know a GrillSeeker. That’s why I’ve put together seven great recipes that are perfect for your leftover steak.

From a breakfast that’s a sure-fire cure for what ails you to a stew so hearty it’ll warm up the whole house, there’s a recipe in here for every taste. So gather up your leftovers and let’s get cooking.
