Place the bacon on a parchment lined raised edge baking sheet, and place it in a 400°F oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
Remove the bacon from the oven and place it on a paper towel lined plate, allow it to cool for five minutes. Reserve 1.5 tablespoons of rendered bacon fat.
Finely chop the bacon, then add it along with the remaining ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Mix the butter and ingredients well with a fork. Then, place the butter on a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a log form. Place the log in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
