  • 2 lbs thinly sliced leg of lamb
  • 8 slider rolls
  • pickled red onions to individual taste to taste
  • 16 oz crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 2 tbsp cucumber finely diced
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  1. In medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce, whisk together thoroughly and set aside.

  2. Separate slider rolls and place 4 ounces of sliced boneless leg of lamb on each bottom bun.

  3. Top boneless leg of lamb with desired amount of feta, pickled red onions, and sauce.

  4. Top with top bun, serve.
