Lamb Slider Recipe
1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Zest from one lemon
2 tbsp cucumber, finely diced
1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions for Lamb Slider Recipe
Step 2: Separate slider rolls and place 4 ounces of thinly sliced boneless leg of lamb on each bottom bun.
Step 3: Top boneless leg of lamb with desired amount of feta, pickled red onions, and sauce. As you all know, I love cheese, so I tend to go heavy on the feta here. If you’re looking for a brighter flavor, play around with the proportions of pickled red onions and sauce you use.
Step 4: Top with top bun, serve.

- 8 slider rolls
- pickled red onions to individual taste to taste
- 16 oz crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1 cup whole milk plain yogurt
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- Zest from one lemon
- 2 tbsp cucumber finely diced
- 1 tbsp fresh mint finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
In medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for sauce, whisk together thoroughly and set aside.
Separate slider rolls and place 4 ounces of sliced boneless leg of lamb on each bottom bun.
